Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@shopiclara.com or our Contact page form. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
